This exciting time of year also marks the beginning of a new Leadership Development Initiative session. A reception was held on Thursday, October 11th at the National Aviary to welcome the LDI XV class to our growing network of Pittsburgh leaders. |

LP Grads Honored With ‘40 Under 40’ Award |

We know our grads are special—Pittsburgh Magazine and PUMP think so, too! The 2007 ‘40 Under 40’ winners were announced and Leadership Pittsburgh is very proud to have four graduates on the list of honorees! Chosen for their passion and commitment to the region, the ’40 Under 40’ winners will be honored at a celebration in November and will be featured in the November issue of Pittsburgh Magazine. |

LDI XV participant, Royce Woods, was appointed to Mayor Luke Ravenstahl’s 35-member Propel Pittsburgh Commission, which hopes to provide young Pittsburghers a major role in moving the City of Pittsburgh forward. Congrats to one of our newest LP Community members!
